Fort Washington, Penn.-based Hamilton Insurance Co. has been declared insolvent by the Pennsylvania Insurance Department. Hamilton, which has reported a $10 million deficit for 1999, sells auto insurance through its Fort Washington, Penn.-based Premiere Auto Insurance Co.

Delaware Group to stay in Phila., add 400 jobs
