Sitel buys French teleservices company IPA
Article Abstract:
Sitel Corporation recently acquired leading French teleservices firm, SA Intuiparc, for an undisclosed amount. The move is part of the teleservices company's European expansion strategy, which started at the beginning of 1996. SA Intuiparc, based in Paris and known as IPA, specializes in inbound and outbound information technology, sales and after-sales technical support. The combination is expected to give Sitel a stronger foothold in France. Meanwhile, no major changes are expected after the merger.
