Smart housebuilders will empower their buyers
Article Abstract:
Many purchasers of new homes in the UK are very pleased with their home overall, but experience extreme frustration about small issues. They are particularly frustrated by lack of attention to detail, such as providing an insufficient number of electrical sockets or placing sockets in inappropriate locations. Many homebuyers fail to check the fine details of the house they are purchasing, and some housebuilders seem to positively avoid discussing the fine detail before the purchase is completed.
