Trajectory of influence of parental divorce on children's heterosexual relationships
Article Abstract:
A study on the effect of parental divorce on children's heterosexual relationship, employing a naturalistic paradigm, reveals no casual relationship between divorce and children's heterosexual relationship. The study reveals that the effect of divorce on children is complex and indirect. The study suggests a trajectory of parental influence on children's heterosexual relationships to understand the complexity of the issue. The study is based on the data collected from two males and two females, aged between 30 and 45 years, and whose parents divorced before they were 12 years old.

Religious homogamy and marital duration among those who file for divorce in California, 1966-1971
Article Abstract:
Marriages have more lasting potential in an environment of common religious allegiance as can be inferred from empirical data collected from the California divorce reporting, 1966-71. The discovery that early divorce is more prevalent in non-religious couples could be of use to family life educators and counsellors.
