Armed with charm

Article Abstract:

Stephan von Neipperg and his wife in 1985 settled in St. Emilion to raise their family and develop the winery. He uses micro-oxygenation that is adding tiny bubbles of oxygen to the wine instead of racking it from one barrel to another since the technique adds color and plus texture at possible expense of ageability.
