I Trulli and Savore, two Italian restaurants in New York, NY, offer traditional trattorie faire. I Trulli features dishes from the Apulian region while Savore features Tuscan Renaissance cuisine. Several Italian restaurants are focusing on the regional differences in Italian cookery.
