Twice as good: turkey encores
Article Abstract:
Leftovers from the Thanksgiving turkey can be used to present the bird in a different guise. Recipes are given for turkey, squash and lima bean potpie with cheddar bacon crust, and risotto with porcine and broccoli rabe.
