Stereoselective microbial dehalorespiration with vicinal dichlorinated alkanes
Article Abstract:
Research has been conducted on 1,2-dichloroethane. The authors describe the isolation and characterization of the bacterium which completely dechlorinates 1,2-dichloroethane, 1,2-dichloropropane and other chloroalkanes.

Environmetal determinants of Vibrio cholerae biofilm development
Article Abstract:
Research has been conducted on Vibrio cholerae. The authors have demonstrated that V. cholerae produces vps-dependent and -independent biofilms which differ in the structure and their environmental activators.
