Reengineering the inventor interview

Article Abstract:

Attorneys can avoid patent application difficulties by asking inventors to help draft actual claims during initial interviews. Patent-inventor claim drafting allows the inventor to understand the patent as a litigatable document. The inventor identifies a saleable product or service, drafts a make-and-use method claim, broadens the claims, and ultimately creates a make-and-use picture claim. This technique simplifies the actual application drafting, reduces expenses, produces high-quality applications, and can serve as a training method for younger attorneys.

Dielectric properties of fast sol-gel glasses

Article Abstract:

Sol-gel materials, including glass, noncrystalline solids and ceramics, have been found to manifest strong dielectric behavior when exposed to relatively low temperatures. Such a phenomenon may be attributed to the random motion of ions found in mobile molecules and those which are integrated into the residual groups within the matrix. Dielectric response data derived from sol-gel glass samples further revealed that the dielectric relaxation response may be used to determine the porosity and fractal dimensions of these materials.

Hewbew for swingers

Article Abstract:

Hebrew literature has changed in recent years as writers use more contemporary topics. Part of the evolution stems from use of a more loosley-written language. Another reason for the change results from denial about the ongoing political strife Israel faces.
