Agencies try headless management

Article Abstract:

Grey Canada, Doner and GeneratorIdeaWorks, ad agencies based in Canada, have opted to continue their operations without replacing their outgoing CEOS. A five-person management will oversee Doner's Canadian operations in light of Adrian Taylor's exit as CEO. Grey Canada's seven-person management committee will handle CEO responsibilities formerly managed by Andrew Krupski. The executive staff of Omnicom-owned promo house GeneratorIdeaWorks will divide the duties of outgoing CEO Kevin Astle.
