Showing what buildings can be

Article Abstract:

Zaha Hadid is an architect who has designed art museums and has been involved in the Millennium Dome project in London, England. She manages her own company and competes against well-known architects in international competitions. She sees obstacles for women in the profession such as long hours, the need to be obsessive, and the patronization. She perceives her city projects as extensions of streets in cities, and she likes to disregard traditional shapes.
