A critical decision

Article Abstract:

The government and people of Canada face tough constitutional decisions in 1992. These decisions center on the rights, priveleges and responsibilities of the individual provinces and how these provinces are to relate with each other in the future. At a time of much rhetoric and bad faith, it is the responsibility of all Canadians, whether of English or French descent, to make the issues clear so that proper decisions can be made. Such guidance can be provided by professionals such as chartered accountants.

Stress inc

Article Abstract:

Job stress can lead to major problems such as heart attacks and emotional breakdowns. Business firms must carefully consider this phenomenon because they are bound to employ people who place much premium on physical and emotional well-being and may end up losing employees due to stress-related problems. Stress management programs may help firms control such problems and prevent massive worker exodus.
