Akzo Nobel topples DSM in sustainability index

Akzo Nobel was the top ranking chemical firm listed on the annual Dow Jones Sustainability Indexes for 2007, beating DSM which used to hold the top spot for three consecutive years. The indexes benchmark the social, economic and environmental sustainability performance of companies in various fields. Akzo Nobel's performance is discussed.
