Change, Challenges and dreams

Article Abstract:

Champion Enterprises President and CEO Walter Young stated, in a National Manufactured Housing Congress in Las Vegas, NE in Apr 1997 that the prefabricated housing industry needs constant changes in order to maintain its good position in the marketplace. It has been proven that the industry is capable of adapting to changes and survive the economic downfall it experienced for eight years. The industry realized the importance of recognizing the consumer's demands, changes in types of homes, and customer's demographics.
