Conflict cure lies in using more lawyers

Article Abstract:

The Associated Contractors Group of America is launching a new system called 'partnering'. This involves discussion by all parties involved in construction projects including lawyers. Sandi Rhys Jones who is undertaking a masters degree in construction law at King's College, London, UK believes that lawyers should be involved more constructively in all areas of the construction project. Lawyers should be used to review, approve contracts and encourage cooperative attitudes between all parties. This will result in a reduction in contractual disputes.
