How to unlock customer profitability

Customer loyalty is important to any organization and marketing dollars are oriented towards retention of such loyalty. It would, however, not be very rewarding, to expend on a customer who regularly buys a small volume of the product. The importance of cost-benefit analysis of such marketing endeavors is emphasized and methods for such analysis are furnished.
