A number of property management formulas can be used in the management of manufactured home community operations. They can be applied in the computation of the monthly site rent, dollars-per-site ratios, net profit margins, minimum property management fee, gross income multipliers and minimum price per square foot of commercial property. They can also be employed to determine different variations on the income-rate-value or T-Bar formula. The Rule of 72 can also be calculated.

Article Abstract:

A hypothetical model illustrating the application of the basicproperty management formulas is presented. Basic property management formulas enable real estate owners to make future projections, keep track of job and fiscal performance and make the necessary modifications. The resulting numerical data will let owners know their property's value and have them rely less on deferred maintenance which allows them to neglect their responsibilities until the need arises.
