Nail: Current e-mail practices hitting plateau

Article Abstract:

Forrester Research's principal analyst Jim Nail urged online marketers to implement enhanced practices and make some constructive changes in e-mail marketing. He discussed about permission profligacy, the need for shifting from mass marketing to e-mailing targeted groups, and from campaigns to dialogues. He cited the examples of the companies Amazon, IntraWest and eBay for their better practices.
