Utility deregulation powers campaign

Article Abstract:

Energy.com, a Columbus, OH-based company that provides consumers with information about utility deregulation, is set to launch several integrated marketing campaign in the Chicago area, Columbus and Atlanta. The campaign aims to educate consumers about energy management and provide them facts behind deregulation in their areas. Each campaign involves the dissemination of the Energy Values Guide, a regional magazine from Prosper Business Development Corp. of Columbus, OH. Energy.com has created mailing lists for each campaign. In Chicago, the firm selected SIC codes, while in Ohio, it used ZIP code lists and neighborhood demographics.

Mailers Thumb a Ride With State DMV Renewals

Mailings from the DMV Enhanced Registration Renewal Program, which is being launched in Minnesota, Florida and Wisconsin, includes ad inserts. The DMV renewal campaign, which offers an online registration option to drivers, was partially funded through advertisements from auto insurers, gas companies and auto dealers.
