The Environmental Action Foundation continue its programs that fostered legislative campaigns, information dissemination through Environmental Action magazine and monitoring the congressional voting record. A big achievement was the passage of the Comprehensive National Energy Policy Act of 1992.

Environmental Action Foundation and Environmental Action Inc merged in 1994 to become known as Environmental Action Foundation (EA). EA posted a net loss of $107,941 in 1994. The Foundation dealt with issues such as the global environment, transportation, and environmental law.

Malicious militias take aim at the environment

Militia groups, which have come to public attention since the bombing in Oklahoma City, OK, apparently have links to various anti-environmental groups. For example, Nevada bombings have taken place in a Bureau of Land Management office and in a US Forest Service office.
