Chefs' salads

Article Abstract:

Salad preparation entails creativity and skill, especially in selecting salad ingredients. Seven salad versions, such as Texas field salad with chili-roasted chicken and tomatillo-tequila dressing, creatively made by eight hotel chefs, are presented.
