Different in world responses to natural disasters and complex emergencies

Article Abstract:

Natural disaster is natural hazards that affect a population resulting in severe damage and destruction and increased morbidity and morality that overwhelm local coping capacity. The consequences and responses to natural disasters and complex emergencies have more similarities than differences as both have increased mortality, morbidity, and displacement, with varying degrees of environmental impact and potential for epidemics.
