Article Abstract:

A study saying that DHEA supplements act as a precursor to other hormones, including testosterone and estrogens, is both good and bad for bodybuilders. If DHEA can really increase testosterone levels, then it can cause disorders that are related to higher testosterone levels.

Article Abstract:

A police officer in Michigan narrates that bodybuilding can be an efficient means of performing one's duties. After enduring severe back aches and leg pain during a street chase, the officer was able to recover from his injuries as a result of consistent physical training.
