Improve employee relations with a corporate ombudsman

Article Abstract:

The courts and the traditional appeals processes are not sufficient to guarantee proper safeguards for the thousands of small grievances which workers are faced with when administrations make decisions. The ombudsman must take care of various things: the arrogance of supervisors, a possibility for error, the lengthy appeals process, and the huge bureaucracy. The ombudsman must be able to plan investigations at his or her volition, access records for investigations, and make the results public.
