Lesco Inc

Article Abstract:

Lesco Inc posted profit gains of $2.2 million up 132% for the first half of Jun 1992. Lesco also showed a 10% comparable-store sales advance for the 1st half. Robertson Stephens Orphan Fund's decision to invest $473,000 in Lesco obviously stemmed from Lesco's remarkable sales and earnings. Kemper Securities gave Lesco a 'Long-Term Buy, High Risk' rating in anticipation of 20 to 30% earnings growth. The High Risk rating reflected concern over Lesco's liquidity and 64% debt-to-capital ratio.
