Exhuming a bad policy that age hasn't improved

Article Abstract:

The US Army recruitment has come down by 7000 soldiers that have lead the Army Officers to take a decision that the entry standards should be relaxed and they should accept Category IV recruits who scored the military entry aptitude test at the bottom. Although this would diminish the quality of the Army, training might improve soldiers' power to take decision on the warfare activities.

Sometimes it just takes a war

Article Abstract:

The Army's new Chief of Staff has decided that rather than wait for new high tech weapons that won't show up for several more years at best, the Army would continue transforming the force it has. The Army has alienated supporters in and out of government who by rights should be among Army transformationEs strongest advocates.
