Article Abstract:

The Scientific-Industrial Center of Professional Electronic RADWAR SA is one of the most important companies of the Polish defence potential. The company that over its 50 years of its activity has supplied, to domestic and foreign customers, lots of surveillance radars, navigational and weapon control systems has always approached air defence problems in a system oriented way and making a mobile air defence system which is compliant to NATO requirement.

First LOARA Anti-Air System handed over to the Polish Armed Forces

Article Abstract:

The Polish Armed Forces was handed with the first LOARA integrated self propelled anti-aircraft guns system on 9 December 2004 in a ceremony at the premises of CNPEP RADDWAR S.A. in Warsaw. Digital signal processors, flat color monitors, accurate drive control of turrets and guns, FLIR cameras of the newest generation and intelligent ammunition are used in the LOARA, which makes it the most advanced system of its type.
