Setting the future stage

Article Abstract:

The use of technologies like floating seabases and the capability of launching and sustaining amphibious operations, which could revolutionize the manner in which the land campaigns are conducted by the expeditionary forces are discussed. Many countries are also examining the various aspects of seabasing, which could be used for overcoming their requirements related to the support of rapid-deployment forces.

Making space fast and cheap

Article Abstract:

The exploration of space has become an integral part of warfighting, and military organizations are seeking ways that would allow them to respond to changes quicker and more cheaply. Advances in technology with novel-operating concepts are allowing small and comparatively inexpensive satellites to provide a degree of capability.
