CIN Properties Ltd v Rawlins and others

Article Abstract:

A UK legal case involving CIN Properties related to whether the public had a right to use walkways in a shopping mall. The walkways were not part of an original plan for public access in the mall, leased from the local government. A court initially found that the public had a right of access, but an appeal court found that there was no such right of access. The case related to Wellingborough Urban District Council in England, and CIN Properties was allowed to restrict access.
