Getting better location assistance: here's how

Article Abstract:

Corporate site seekers should be very specific in describing their needs as they pertain to a proposed development project. This was suggested by 95% of economic development executives who were surveyed on getting good location assistance from development groups and service providers. Majority of the respondents also believe that development groups should be given ample time to gather information and organize site-review trips. Others suggest clear communication of critical location issues, providing timely follow-up on project status and establishing individual contact within the company.
