It has purchased some high-profile properties in London, England, and in 1997 was the UK's most rapidly expanding quoted property company. It has sold more than 22 million pounds sterling of property so far in 1998, mainly to institutions, and plans to sell 40 million pounds sterling of stock in the near future.
