Conservative climate

Article Abstract:

The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) scientists and diplomats released their report on global climate change in February 2007 which is a conservative one and describes existence of global warming. Three more reports are expected to be released in 2007 from scientists who participated in the IPCC process.

Greenland ice cores: frozen in time

Article Abstract:

Environmental and climate experts are conducting extensive analysis on ice sheets and glaciers trapped in the suburbs of Greenland in an attempt to predict future climate changes. Ice cores containing chemical impurities may provide insights on the cycle of cold and hot periods in these countries.

An overview is presented on global warming and resultant climate change. Discussion includes evidence as registered by ice core discoveries regarding snowfall and freshwater rushes. Strategies for mitigating climate change include environmental policymaking such as carbon emission reductions.
