Dell Computer Corp. of Round Rock, TX, has decided to expand its strategic agreement with network software manufacturer Novell Corp. of Provo, UT, to integrate the NetWare operating system of Novell onto the PowerEdge servers of Dell via a sales licensing deal. Dell will become the top direct sales computer manufacturer in the world because of this transaction after posting $15.2 billion in sales in the past four quarters.
