Sweden leads pan-Nordic call center development
Article Abstract:
Sweden has succeeded in dominating the call center industry in the Nordic markets which is composed of the Baltic nations and Scandinavia. The nation has supported call center development because of its attitude that telemarketing will produce additional employment, noted telephony analyst Philip Cohen. Cohen indicated that Sweden is trying to prepare for the opening of the Baltim market and position itself within the open Nordic market in a pan-Nordic thrust that is more prudent compared to a venture into the pan-European call center market.
