Revamped campaign replaces sampling
Article Abstract:
The US Census Bureau is launching an educational marketing campaign in an effort to boost awareness of its decennial census, which will make a headcount of all 100 million US addresses for congressional reallocation. The educational campaign will target ethnic groups that have been traditionally underrepresented in previous census, such as African-Americans and Hispanics. The educational campaign will be followed by an advertising campaign, which will tell unresponsive households that they will be visited by an enumerator.
