NCR debuts larger, ad-capable ATM screen

Article Abstract:

NCR Corp has launched a new model of automated teller machine that features a bigger screen that aims to transform the ATM channel into more than a traditional cash dispenser. The Personas 90, which is part of the company's Self-Service TouchPoints family, is a freestanding drive-up model. It has a larger, flat screen that has double the viewing area of the traditional screen. The model, along with the APTRA software, can open new revenue streams for banks and financial institutions through personalization, advertising on the larger screen and other opportunities.
