Kilkenny: Information is key to time-critical strike capability

Article Abstract:

Rear Adm. Joseph F. Kilkenny, director of air warfare of the Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) discusses the trends in US Navy's requirements and in battle-damage assessment, improvement, and capability of the tactical Tomahawk cruise missile. As the director of aviation plans and requirements he oversees aircraft carrier and tactical carrier aviation requirements.
